We have done a complete remodel of this dated victorian house back to its use.
One of the key highlights of this renovation was the decision to open up the bathroom at the rear of the building. By doing so, we not only enhanced the usability of the space, but also created a more fluid and functional layout to the open living/dining room. The addition of a double-dormer loft conversion further maximised the available space. Designated built-in storage spaces were carefully considered throughout the house and incorporated. This not only created a seamless and clutter-free aesthetic, but also maximised the functionality of each room.
